I am sure that Dino is a swell person and does great work. Unfortunately I did not have a 5 star experience. I contacted Dino on Monday about a Wednesday flower delivery. The text from Dino's number said "of course I can" I placed the order on the website then texted Dino's number to tell him I had just placed an order online. The next message from Dino' phone on Wednesday morning read "We are on vacation this week and will be back Aug 10" Dude were you on vacation Monday when you first texted me? Why wouldn't you let me know then? You failed at you job. This is why the one star.

More than pleased with the personal service provided by Dino. Yesterday was my daughter's 25th birthday. She lives an hour & a half from my location. I wanted to surprise her with a flower arrangement. In the Baltimore area they received a few inches of snow. Dino Designs was the 3rd floral shop that I contacted. He personally took care of my request and delivered the flowers in record time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Highly recommend his business. Thanks again for making her day special.

Dino made our wedding flowers perfect in every single way- and on short notice! He took all of my inspiration photos and my budget, and he delivered! He created an absolutely magical atmosphere that we will never forget. There are no words to express how thrilled we are to have had Dino as our florist!

My experience with Dino Designs of Baltimore exceeded my expectations! My fiancé and I decided to get married quickly, and Dino was able to make a beautiful bouquet. Every flower was perfect and were the sweetest scented flowers I’ve ever smelled. Dino also cared enough to ask questions to personalize my bouquet, added accents of my favorite color, and was kind enough to deliver the bouquet. Dino was kind, caring, funny, lighthearted, professional, and detail oriented. You will not be disappointed with the end product or service. I will continue to be a customer and recommend Dino Designs of Baltimore to everyone I know.

Dino is nothing short of a true artist. He is also kind, caring and eager to please and make your life easier. We gave him our vision and he brought it to life (without breaking the bank). Dino is fair and will work within any budget. His flare for creating the perfect bouquets and centerpieces is amazing. He exceeded our expectations. Thank you Dino!
